"Pagination" refers to the display of a subset of a result on one page with next and previous buttons for navigation through the result set.

Are you thinking of implementing pagination via servlets?

Hi Srisha,
"Pagination" is something which you see in, for an example,Google search. Pagination is the way you implement the display of records, into several pages of UI, rather than showing everything in a single page of UI. General trend follows one of these following ways:
1. Display page nos (hyperlinked) on screen, which will take you through each page of browsing records. e.g. Google etc.
2. Display "Previous" & "Next" buttons, on a screen, to navigate to 1 page before or after, to browse the records.

I hope, you may think of something new, to display "pagination" in your application screens.
Happy hunting
