I need a really great book about designing server-side Java apps that goes beyond the basics of JSP, servlets and beans and really delves into the specifics of leveraging these components -- what kinds of things are best encapsulated in beans, what functionality should go into a servlet, are scriptlets really best avoided at all costs? Does anyone know of a really good book that addresses these issues?
