My book arrived! yay!
I had a brief peek at the Preface and noticed a call for trivia questions.
Neal once commented on an older document that I maintained for FAQ/Trivia, but it has since evolved into a J2EE front-end where questions are stored in a MySQL database.
Anyway, here is my contribution: http://qa.jtiger.org/GetQAndA.action?categories=Trivia

Comments and/or criticisms sought.
Keep up the good work guys.

Tony,

We are thrilled that your book arrived, and we hope you enjoy it! We printed our your puzzles, and they look great. We'll check them out and get back to you as soon as we have a few spare moments. Glancing at them, a few of our Puzzlers will look familiar to you (There are only so many traps and pitfalls in the platform.)

Regards,
