Object creation restriction !!!

In java how we create object creation restriction ?
I describe it in details.
Ok, there is a class B

now it is described that you can not create more than 5 objects of that class.
My question is that how can i make restriction ?

Make all constructors private and provide static factory method(s) that restrict the number of instances, whether by pooling or by throwing an exception or whatever it is you want to do.
