Need for help and suggestions

Hi All,

I am very much interested to be involved in Java Programming. Could anybody please suggest me some websites or resources or books where i can find lots and lots of problem statements(Project themes or simple problem statements) or UML diagrams of a software. So that i can implement them by coding by myself.
This will be very much helpful to me to be involved and to reach the peek of learning curve.

I am expecting all of our friends to help in this regard.
