Hi,

Do you mean a final class ?

Upper level classes can not have the access modifier of private, you can only declare them with the package or public access modifiers.

Moreover, read about inner classes and you will see that you can declare a class with the private access modifier but still not override it.

And if you mean a final class, final classes can not be extended ...
