1)Pavan Pleasant : first name is of male,pleasant is ofcourse fictitious last name. 2)Madhu Coolre:Madhu appears both in Male and Female,Coolre again fictitious . 3)Anuradha Aravalli: This is female.
Perhaps a female , male and male wrote the fictitious CVs. Un idee. Put your own CVs through and see if it works. Those who have weak CVs ( read female-ish ) can bolster some keywords to make them strongly worded ( read male-ish).
