Sorry if it sounds like i am about to go crazy but i cant understand why i keep getting this error message here it is in full

javac: file not found: HelloWorld.java
Usage: javac <options> <source files>
use -help for a list of possible options

what an i doing wrong is it how im saving it i finally got the path variable set but it wont compile is there a reason for this please, if someone can help me many thanks to you in advance

operating system is: windows xp home edition
running through the command prompt and i keep getting this message if i get past this message i can get moving hopefully

never mind i figured it out and i am ready to rock and roll thank you and good night
