What is wrong with my iteration code?

Hello,

Please notice the code below, I want to send a byte array of integer array over local network to the receiving C++ application.

Before that I want to test my int to byte converter code. But I can't get the iteration code to iterate in order to get the int value.

int[][] newTwoD = new int[ii][jj];
for (int i = 0; i < ii; i++) {
        for (int j = 0; j < jj; i++) {
                newTwoD[i][j] = dis.readInt();
        }
}

But when I get it manually, it works. I can display the int value by changing the above code with this:

int one = dis.readInt();
System.out.println(one);
int two = dis.readInt();
System.out.println(two);
int three = dis.readInt();
System.out.println(three);
int four = dis.readInt();
System.out.println(four);
int five = dis.readInt();
System.out.println(five);
int six = dis.readInt();
System.out.println(six);
int seven = dis.readInt();
System.out.println(seven);
int eight = dis.readInt();
System.out.println(eight);

Anybody can tell me why I can't iterate?

Your j loop has got i++ in it. You meant j++
