Geeks and Girls (Geeks including geek girls also)

I think that woman and geeks are going to have it better career wise in the future. The social skills and multi tasking are a womans strength. The ability to focus and analytical skills are the strength of a geek. Non-geek man can do both but not as good as either, a jack-of-all-trades which of course has its own advantages but this guy would have to be very intelligent and would come at a premium.

Henry ford revolutionized the motor separated each task each car building task, the result of this was he was able to employ unskilled or semi skilled worker.

Maybe it would be a good idea ,in the software development, to team up a girl with a geek developer. The girl can communicate with the clients and the girl can get used to the strange language that the geek developer uses. Both to together would work as one.

Yes, yes, I guess it is a bit like XP programming. I vaguely remember the XP principle of two developers working on one computer. But my idea is slightly different; one would have better communication and written skills the other would have analytical skills. The communications role doesnt have to go specifically to woman and the analytical role doesnt have to go to a man.

Problem: The geek would be way too distracted to get anything done.
