Hi All,

Having recently passed the SCJP exam I am now looking forward to my next certification.

I have decided to go for the SCWCD

The SCWCD FAQ does highlight some books to use for study but which books are you guys using to study for the SCWCD exam?

I think the majority of certified SCWCD folk have gone with HFSJ?

Thanks

Yes you should definetly take a HFSJ book. I am reading it now and nearly finished half of it. It gives you the right perspective with clear examples. Therefore at the end of each new topic, you find your my mind very clear about on new concepts.

I would say Head First Servlets and JSP is a must read for SCWCD. I am also preparing for the same. All the best for your preparation

Thanks guys

What about mock exams?

Is whizlabs preparation kit good?

I have used the preparation kit for SCJP5 and it was pretty good although easier than the actual exam
