Where can i download the API documentation of EJB package like javax.ejb.* javax.transaction.* and all other API's related and described in the EJB 3.0 specification.

I don't think the EJB javadocs are available separately. This Google search will lead you to the appropriate JEE download; use the "GlassFish / Java EE" option.

If you are looking for the actual EJB 3 specification, it's linked on the http://faq.javaranch.com/java/SpecificationUrls page.
