Hi every body.

Well, I am not betty. It is just a nick name. I am Nevien, Tunisia. Any way, I am happy to be with you. I have a question. Can you please explain to me the meaning of the phrase: "pattern shop". I do not find its meaning in any dictionary. I need to know it. Please help.

Hi Betty,

Never mind the John & Svend: they're just trying to be funny: I hope it works out for them soon.

A Pattern Shop, generally, means a software development firm that uses 'patterns', or established algorithms, to develop software. The term is sometimes used derisively to indicate that the software shop is too academic, or that they don't really know what they're doing.
