What all options are available in handheld decices? I'd like it to have good internet capabilities (mails are must) and a decent organizer and communicator would be ideal.

I have considered HP iPAQ 6515, but looks a bit more expensive than what I am willing to pay. (approx 30K INR). The other option is BlackBerry. What other options are available. I am looking for 15-25 K INR (350 - 550 USD) range.

Any suggestions?

TIA,
- Manish

General options -
Bluetooth enabled. Optionally Wifi.
Wirless 801.b/g and other protocols.
RAM size matters.
Thumbpad versus stylus for typing.
Upgrade slots - CF or SD card formats. CF is very popular.
OS choice between PalmOS and Microsoft.
Once you buy the device, expect to spend on the additional software.

Internet options-
You need a service provider to surf the web on your pocket pc. Blackberry and the PDA/Phones from Verizon and Sprint are very popular in the US. If you have a bluetooth enabled PDA, you can get a dataplan on your bluetooth enabled cell phone and surf the web using PDA.

iPAQ has GSM enabled devices and most cell-phone operators do give GPRS on cel phone these days. Not an issue.

I would like to know if anyone has suggestions for specific models.
