I doubt it. No corporate headers, no documentation of any sort, no disclaimers, no statements as to where they got permission to publish it (it's not yet free of copyright, let alone trademark protection).

I see some "Microsoft Confidential" headers. I see the source for QBasic, and the little-known "Character Windows" that I've only read about in a Steve Maguire book. Looks awful real to me, actually.
