Form getting submited multiple times + Struts 2.1 +Ajax

Hi,
I am trying to submit form using ajax.
i am using
struts
2.1 & tiles.
but my form is getting submited multiple times. i am not able to figure out. Please help me on the same.
bellow is my form which makes the ajax call
<d:div name="productTarget" id="productTarget"> </d:div> <s:form action="saveProduct" id="productForm" name="productForm"> <table> <tr>... ... .. .. </tr> <tr> <td ><s:reset name="Reset" value="Reset"/></td> <td><d:submit name="Save" targets="productTarget" loadingText="true" validate="false" value="Save" /></td> </tr> </table> </s:form>
as i am using tiles <d: head tag is placed in the layout form.
Bellow is my layout form.

caught... there were multiple ajax div tags.
