Yes Rohit you are right !

Interest rates may come come down over the next 12 months because of all the monetary , fiscal and supply side stpes taken by the RBI and the finance ministry .
However , looking at the long term , one NEED NOTwait for the interset rates to come down in order to take a loan and invest in real estate . Real estate has always been the best performing asset class along with stocks and 3% to 4% swing in interest rates would make a very small difference , if any , over the long term . (10 yrs or more ).
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
