Is it Scjp Mock Tests available in the below link is for 1.5/1.6 only.because in few tests Am not able to find the version.

Well some of the mocks in that list might have questions from objectives which were in SCJP 1.4 but were removed later on. So you'll have to ignore those questions. There were a few mocks which were as old as SCJP 1.2, but I remember that Ulf (who is one of the moderators) removed those very old mocks. So you can give the mocks and ignore questions which are not in SCJP 1.5/1.6 objectives...
