hello, how do i create a RC4 object to do encryption/decryption?

can somebody please teach me how to write such a class or refer me to a tutorial/example?

Thanks, Michael. You may want to do a quick search of this forum for "Bouncy Castle". I haven't dealt with BC in a while, but several people here have, so their experiences may prove illuminating.
