Hi

I have 4 years(1.5 yrs in US, 2.5 yrs in India) exp in java j2ee with certifications like scjp,scwcd, itil and oracle sql. I am looking for a java/j2ee position at the US with H1B sponsorship.

I am currently on L1B in the US. I am looking for an employer who can file H1B for me.

Do not try for H1b now. You should have a job with employer in hand not consulting companies to get a visa. Getting an offer from Consulting companies is not going to get you your visa.
Moreover job market is not that good at this time.
