I want to learn XML in through details. I'm getting the topic depth of XML.
Please let me know where I can find XML documentation.

You can't beat Harold's book - here free online for clarity and completeness.

Take your time, it is a complex field. Fortunately the standard Java library has all you need to learn - I suggest you NOT get involved with alternatives such as JDOM.
