Akanksha, the master exam is copyrighted material. I don't think it will be legally available for download on the internet...

If you broke the CD, then go back to the shop where you bought the book with the broken CD, and ask them if they will give you a new CD. If they won't, you could try contacting the publisher of the book and ask them if they will send you a new CD.
