hi all,this is arsu
i am working in java based technologies.i want to become a Flex developer,so i am using flex builder 3,i can design a page in .mxml doing validation with javascript in .as everything working fine.

But i do not know,how to integrate Flex with Java,how to compile simple java files.
Adobe mentioned download BlazeDs and configure in Flex builder.is it necessary or its their own jar files

Where i have to configure my dedicated web server,dedicated database like Tomcat,Oracle...
How to configure to develop web application with flex and java,jsp,servlet,struts 1.3,Hibernate,Oracle...


Please can anyone explain clearly,
