I am this close to having a solution for JDBC-3, but my program will not work when there is an apostrophe in the Title or Star field. Everything is fine until I try to print out a String containing the offending apostrophe inside a text box. The String truncates itself right before the apostrophe. If I add an apostrophe manually, I can continue. Anybody out there with any HTML chops know what's going on here? Why won't it print out? Double quotes are no problem, it's just the apostrophe! I have a method that "fixes" the apostrophe so it can be inserted into the database table, but I can't find any way to get the apostrophe to co-operate when I try to print a String containing one inside a text box! Somebody help! AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Similar to the " substitution for quote marks is the ' for apostrophe.
