I want to check how many visitor has visited my web site.

How should i implement this in servlet.

A servlet would be a poor technology choice for this. Investigate filters.

A HttpServletRequestListener would do too I think.

There is no such class defined in the Servlet API. Did you mean ServletRequestListener?
