Hi When iam trying to run my
Applet
in UNIX Iam getting below error.
Exception in
thread
"main" java.awt.HeadlessException:
No X11 DISPLAY variable was set, but this program performed an operation which requires it.
Can someone please assist me.

Are you trying to run the application in a non-graphical environment? Try to do this
export DISPLAY=:0.0
in your terminal.

Applets are run on the client; is that where this exception occurs? If so, what kind of client is this?
