Class contains Property and Its methods which works on properties.

My question here is

In a class, Property is for Methods or Method is for properties ?

Which statement is correct and appropriate?

Properties and methods belong to classes.

Not sure I'd say either statement is correct. Not sure what you're getting at and why. Would you elaborate?

A good class is mostly defined by it's behavior, not by the data it's working on.
