Hi there!

I just started playing with JSF (using RichFaces) and I want to implement my own filter function for <rich:columns> In the example below you can only specify a value for <h:inputText> of type String. When I set this value from the Managed Bean, each column gets the same value.

I guess the best way to set a predefined filter value from the bean (at initialisation) is to get a reference to the ID of the <h:inputText>, which is different for each column here

Does anybody know if this is possible and how to do this?

Thanks in advance,
Mic
