What are the prospects for a JSR 198-compliant Struts portal framework? There was some discussion of this a while back on the Struts site, but it seems to have been set aside.

There is an open source Struts portal project Liferay Enterprise Portal (http://www.liferay.com/home/index.jsp) out there, it claims it fully supports JSR 168. I think it's pretty good.
