Co-ordinating Filesystem & other data source read/write operations using java

Is there any JTA compliant Filesystem management software in java which could be used to perform read, write operations on flat files so that it could participate in 2 phase commit with other data sources like DB or JMS?

Have heard about Transactional File I/O. There's also one from Apache Commons

 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
