hi guys,

almost prepared for the exam, but still i feel that my knowledge ore regex is not sufficient.

how the pattern matching exactly take place, any real life examples.

besides the find() method returns true if it finds a match and the start() method will get the index of the match, what about end() and group() methods.

\d* (means either zero or more occurrences of digits).

regards,

Note: I don't find myself confident on regex and garbage collection (especially when arrays are involved), still have to appear for the exam this Saturday.
