Hi,
I would like to learn EJB 2.0 using this book as it is used in my current project. I got the soft copy from the "www.theserverside.com". It is required to use the weblogic 6 for this book but unfortunately weblogic 6 is not available. Is there any other way to learn the things using any alternative server or Is there any link where I can get this server?

Thanks.

I suppose you can use Glass Fish application server from Sun:

The main idea of ejb is that you can deploy it on whatever server you want. So even though the book says that you must use weblogic 6.1, you can use any other application server that supports ejb.

I accept with you but the problem comes when there are minor differences in deployment and time would be wasted there. Instead I have chosen an another book (Sams EJB)where jboss is followed. Thanks
