how to make the form set focus on the submit button by default.

Hi all:
I just have a quick question. If I want a form to set the default on a submit button in Struts, I would have the following

<html:form action="/findUsers" focus='accesslist.returntosearch'>
<html:submit>
<bean:message key='accesslist.returntosearch'/>
</html:submit>
</html:form>

now my question is can i still use the key "'accesslist.returntosearch' in the "focus" field of the <html:form>?
