HI, am already posted this thread, but nobody responded upto now .. Please ,please look at this ..

Am trying to import an excel file by using JEXCEL. In excel the format of date is : dd-mmm-yy. Here, when I try to get the data from excel
the date is printing along this symbol like this .. [$-409]13-Mar-10;@ (eg. date is 13-mar-10). Is there any way to get date object from excel to java without format ?
Or how to get rid of this symbol ?

Any help would be highly appreciated ..

thanks
