Using what? For JDBC, this tutorial covers it. If you are using an ORM framework (as this forum implies), which one?

I am using hibernate. I need to know how to read data from BLOB without creating a file on the server side. I am able to read from BLOB by creating a file but is there a way to read without creating one.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
