When creating a web application project I started with File->New Project->Java Web->Java Web Application.

I've developed the application, tested it locally, built it into a war file and deployed it on a number of different servers without any pain.

Now I am being asked to provide not a war file, but a jar file.

Try as I might I can not find an option in Netbeans to build a jar file for my web application. Clean and Build will output nothing other than a war file for this project.

Any pointers?
