Hi friends in the above code if i change the name attribute in the text tag code is not working ,can any suggest how to change the name attribute.

Please see ItDoesntWorkIsUseless. Unless you state what doesn't work, what's supposed to work, and anything related, it's impossible to help much beyond just guessing, and that's no fun and takes too long.

Is your problem that if you change the input element name the validation stops working? If you don't change the validation configuration to match the new name of course it won't work.
