In HTML, to go to a specific section of the page,<a name="name1"> and <a href="page.html#name1"> is used.
But in struts <a href="someaction"> is used, how to go to a specific section of a page in struts?

I'm not getting what you are trying to say. If you want to navigate to different parts of the same page, you can use the same technique as normal HTML. Struts is just a framework, it has nothing to do with HTML tags, you can use normal HTML in a JSP page which has struts tags...
