I don't have an easy answer for you, as it is really tough out there right now. It's mainly due to the economy, where more experience developers are willing to take less, and many are looking to retire later (after seeing their stock holdings battered). This is bad even for fresher from IT universities.
Hopefully, you have taken some internships while in school. This should give you some experience. And maybe some contacts who are willing to give you a chance. Also,
you should use the employment fairs given at your school, as those events are for graduates, and employers go with the understanding that they are getting someone with no experience.
