Define "create objects on runtime" and "create objects dynamically". All objects are created during runtime.

I think both are same .
I don't know the difference if there is , Please clear my doubt on this.

Or maybe he's referring to creating classes during runtime, which is possible with reflection, but that's probably out of the scope of beginning Java.
