Multiple form in a execute method

hi i have a request with action mapping

  <action path="/searchLeads" type="com.SP.action.CustomerAction"
			name="CustomerForm" scope="request" validate="true"	input="/Jsp/Customer.jsp" >
			<forward name="success" path="/Jsp/Customer.jsp" />
		</action>  

and in the action i have a execute method which says

  public ActionForward execute(ActionMapping mapping,
			ActionForm form,
			HttpServletRequest request,
			HttpServletResponse response)throws Exception{
		System.out.println("Inside Servlets");
		List<LeadForm> Lead_search_list = new ArrayList<LeadForm>();
		CustomerForm cf = (CustomerForm)form;
		CustomerDelegate cd = new CustomerDelegate();
		Existence ex = cd.savecustomerid(cf);
		if(ex.getFlag()==0){
			request.setAttribute("customerID", ex);
			return mapping.findForward("success");	
		}
		else{	
		Lead_search_list = cd.leadsearch(ex.getCustomerID());
		request.setAttribute("Lead_search_list", Lead_search_list);
		return mapping.findForward("success");	
		}  

But i am getting a error Cannot find bean LeadForm in any scope i have even declared LeadForm details in struts config. could you please help me is it not possible for multple form to be declared in Same Action. Here my actionmapping has customerform but i want to use LeadForm also is it not possible?
Please advice
