I am trying to upload excel file using XSSF api ,but it gives out of memory error.How can i resolve it
I am planning to use sql loader,but i dont know how to implement that using java.Please suggest example in java to use sql loader.

What is the best way to load excel file with 70 thousand records?Does sql loader or external tables help?
