Hi Friends,

I feel this is right place to discuss about my life.

Duriing recession time I lost job, upto 2yrs from that so many offers came and dropped out.
By that impact, I joined in MNC with false information. After 10 months they got fired me because of false information.
And they mentioned it in relieving letter.

I cant go further any job with this experiance.

If I ignore this experiance , I got 3 yrs employment gap.

In this situation I feel my life has spoiled.I dont get any alternatives.

I hope on my life, I would never go negative. But I have to do some thing.

Could you please provide any suggestions/ opportunities or any thing...

This is my life and death situation.

Appreciate your help/suggestions.

I am not surprised they mentioned that in your termination letter. I am afraid things look bleak. Don't know whether you will find forgiveness and restoration anywhere.

I think you might be best off being honest. Go and see somebody from HR who will be involved in the job process and say, "A couple of years ago things were getting really desperate, and I was in such a bad way that I lied about qualifications and later on the company found out. I can't put that sort of thing in writing."

But other people will have different opinions, and I can by no means be optimistic that my approach will find you a job. I think keeping quiet about it will be worse, however. You might even be prosecuted for "obtaining money by deception" if you try covering it up.

I agree with Campbell. One suggestion: why should someone hire yo over someone else? What makes you strong? Thinking about this well help you sell yourself.

You would have to explain more about “they are not intend to give me.It reflects on every interview”, before we could help you.
What exactly do people say?

In so many interviews, they are asking 2 questions and they told you can leave for the day.
and in some telephonic interviews answered all questions then I am confident on result. But in feedback they told that not cleared the interview. This type of situations disappoints me.Thats why I am going to analyse the where is the problem?

IMO, this is either (1) HR is not doing their jobs to cull the list down, or (2) you got rejected by something related to a very bad first impression. You can't do anything about the first, but you can ask your friends about the second. Maybe it would be good to just ask one of your friends about how you come across to someone new?

Don't give up, the best thing you can do is learn from all of your mistakes. Improve your skills or enhance the skills that employers want to you by that you can easily find a job. Find a Job online and submit there your resume.

Hi Shiva Shankar,

Since you mentioned that you put in some false information to get a job, what kind of false information you put in? Is it related to your experience or education? For me it looks like performance issue with you and the company recruited you. In most of the cases as long as you do well in your job the company is not going to dig in your past experience etc. I doubt they were not happy with your work performance and started to investigate and found that you lied in your details.

Ok past is past. Now you need a job. All you can do is ...

1. Obtain more knowledge by reading, practising and preparing for interviews.
2. Improve communication skills.
3. Build up people network and join few other fellows who are looking for jobs.
If you are located in India, I'm sure there are many groups of people looking for jobs and have similar profile like yours.
Go join them, attend walk-in interviews and mass recruitment drives.
4. Talk to people who are already in jobs in your area of expertise and request them
whether they can refer your candidature for any potential openings in their organizations.
5. LinkedIn is a good tool to build professional relations, have a impressive profile in LinkedIn.

The point is to be honest, realize your mistakes. Somewhere someone is waiting for you to give you a job! Secret is not to give up and keep trying even if it is 1000 times.

Good luck!

Hi

right now we can see many people entering into companies without the actual experience they achieved..Not all please dont misunderstand my statement but it's fact.what i suggest is, please first know how much smart work you can do when join in your company rather than how much experience you achieved.. one year experience is also more than enough you are of good technically sound person. But what i suggest is better to go for small trustable companies than aiming MNC s right now. work for one or two years they go for your dream company. If you belongs to java technology then try to clear certifications right now paralelly searching for job.so than it focus your skills in resume .

In worst case, still if you didn't find any job join in institute as faculty, then you can guide and teach so that you will never be out of upgradation of technologies.but never be idle waiting for MNC s,dream companies..also never go out of your path(your technology). Because i too worked one company as GIS Specialist which is not my aim couldnot resist as I like to a java programmmer ,never i enjoyed the work in that company.
