Is DecimalFormat on the exam?

I saw the following code in a question I found in a book :

DecimalFormat df = new DecimalFormat("#,000.0#");
double pi = 3.141592653;
System.out.println(df.format(pi));

And the exam objectives don't mention specifically which classes will be on the exam

Note : this class isn't covered in K&B's book
