One-to-many is a persistence issue. It applies to JPA/HIbernate (and other persistence tools). To understand the concept
you should study the persistence guides. There are various ways for
Struts to loop through the multiple occurances of the "many" side of the relationship, but that is a byproduct of the way the objects are built. But that depends on how you code your data access objects or how they are reverse engineered if you use a tool.
