Class Header and Setup a Driver For it

I need to fill in the following blanks to create a class header for the class Teacher. Also I need to code the main method to turn Teacher into a driver class.

What I think I got so far is that the first three lines should be public class Teacher, but don't know the rest.

Yes, that's right. As for the rest... what's a "driver" class?
