Text box JS for '00000' values

Hi All,

Could you please help me with a java script for the below requirement:

In a text box if i enter values '0000000' should be treated as single '0' (No matter how many zeros you enter, should be treated as single 0)

and if i enter a value as '021' should treat as '21'.

I tried with leading zero java script but not getting the proper solution
