How to convert XML file to CSV file?

What's the best utility available to do that? Or please give me an code sample. I can post a xml sample if required tomorrow.

I don't know about "best" but you could use XSLT. As you imply, though, it's hard to recommend anything specific if you know nothing about the XML and nothing about the CSV.

You might look at the ServingXML toolkit - plenty of examples on that site.
