What is the difference between CX-310-065 and CX-310-066?

hello everyone,
CX-310-066 is the update exam for CX-310-065!But I 'd like to know more about CX-310-066 and is it better taking CX-0310-066 instead CX-310-065.

310-066 is upgrade exam, you can give that exam if you've previously passed the SCJP exam with an older version. If you are giving the SCJP exam for the first time, you'll have to go for 310-065...
