Hi!

I'm interested in developing web aplications for mobile phones. Can I use the provided CSS techniques to get a better performance in these sort of devices? Is the limit between the use of Javascript and the CSS one covered in the book? I main whether the book covers how to know when use CSS instance of Javascript and when not.

Thank you so much!

Hi Marco.

We discuss some of the ways to get the best performance on mobile devices in the book, yes.

Where you are asking about using JS or CSS, I assume you mean for things like transitions, transforms and animations? In which case, yes, we discuss those in some detail.

Hope that helps.

Thank you for your answer!

I think is very interesting and very important to know when use Javascript or CSS.

Thank you so much!
